BYD has launched a new RV, which will debut at the Chengdu RV Show on September 20th, featuring innovative layout and interior design.

Recently, motorhomes based on BYD chassis have become very popular, and Weishijie has launched a new motorhome based on the same chassis. Defined as a "B+" motorhome, it combines the off-road capability of a Class B motorhome with the spaciousness of a Class C motorhome. The vehicle dimensions are typically 5995×2450×2830mm, easily drivable with a standard C-class driver's license. The body is predominantly white, accented with light purple and green decals, highlighting its stylish design.



The overall shape follows a large Class B structure, with a rounded and smooth profile. The compact and agile appearance of a Class B motorhome offers good off-road capability, low wind resistance, and is not limited by height restrictions, while the spacious interior of a Class C motorhome features a large through-hole in the driver's cab.



The Novoron motorhome also performs well in terms of power. Built on a BYD hybrid light truck chassis, it is equipped with a Xiaoyun 1.5T gasoline range extender and a 150kW motor, achieving range-extended hybrid technology. In terms of range, the vehicle features a 100-liter fuel tank and an 18.3 kWh BYD blade battery, providing a combined range of over 1000 kilometers. This powertrain not only provides strong power output but also significantly reduces fuel consumption, achieving a low-carbon and environmentally friendly travel experience.



Inside, the entire vehicle features a pastoral-style design with a soft-touch white finish, Japanese-style leather upholstery, and Korean-style accents, creating a warm and comfortable living environment. A stylish main light is positioned in the center of the ceiling, complementing the rich ambient lighting throughout the interior to ensure adequate lighting at all times.



The living area is a major highlight of the Novoron RV. It adopts a layout of a dinette and a lift-up table. When the table is lowered, it can be combined with the sofa to form a bed, providing extra sleeping space for an adult. The living area is equipped with a household-style inverter air conditioner and multiple storage cabinets, providing users with a comfortable resting environment and ample storage space.



A separate kitchen and a large bathroom are located at the rear, separated from the bedroom and living room by a folding partition door.



The vehicle features four independent beds: a pull-out king-size bed (2000*1250mm), a dinette bed (2000*900mm), a transverse storage bed (2000*800mm), and a cab-over bed (primarily for storage) (2000*1400*400mm). A family can easily sleep comfortably.



The Novoron RV also excels in its water and electricity configuration. An 18.3 kWh battery in the chassis plus a 5 kWh lithium battery in the living area ensures worry-free power supply. It is equipped with a 300L fresh water tank and a dual inverter (380V 6000W + 24V 3000W), guaranteeing users' water and electricity needs during their journey.
