In home renovation, ceiling work is an important aspect. Neither the choice of materials nor the installation process can be taken lightly. Otherwise, the overall quality and appearance of the ceiling will be directly affected. Therefore, many people, due to a lack of knowledge about renovation, are very worried about the quality of their ceilings when renovating their homes.

Recently, many friends have messaged me privately, asking about all aspects of ceiling installation. So today, I'll talk about some relevant matters regarding ceilings.

To ensure the structural quality and perfect effect of a suspended ceiling, it all boils down to two points: proper material selection and construction. It's easier said than done; doing it well requires considerable thought and effort.
Let's talk about material selection first. Frankly speaking, light steel keel is the top choice for the main ceiling material. Why? Obviously, light steel keel is a steel structure. Once installed, its overall structure is extremely sturdy and will absolutely not deform during long-term use. It's a hundred times better than a keel frame made of wood.

Often, after a period of time, some homes with plasterboard ceilings develop cracks, deformation, and other problems. This is mostly due to an unstable structural frame. Of course, it's also important to use plasterboard that meets national standards.

By the way, let me mention the construction process. After the structural keel is completed, when installing the plasterboard ceiling, a screw should be placed every 10 cm. This is essential and should not be omitted. It can effectively prevent the plasterboard from deforming. The plasterboard around the four corners of the light trough should be treated with a "7" shape to effectively prevent cracks from forming at the corners.
