The Xiaoyao Nanzhou Space Capsule Resort Camp project, managed by Changguan Office (Xicheng Subdistrict), is scheduled to be operational in 2025.

The Ninth Plenary Session of the 14th CPC Jintan District Committee of Changzhou City proposed to prioritize projects, accelerate project implementation, cultivate the urban economy, and enrich various diverse scenarios. Recently, the Xiaoyao Nanzhou Space Capsule Resort project, located in Changguan Office (Xicheng Subdistrict), has reached 80% completion and is about to be put into operation.

The Xiaoyao Nanzhou Space Capsule Resort Camp project is located in Nanzhou Park, boasting a 60-acre waterfront campsite. With "green exploration + natural wilderness" as its core concept, the project integrates three themes: "camping vacation + rural ecology + parent-child interaction," creating a unique experience where "futuristic elements coexist with a down-to-earth atmosphere." Upon completion, the project will be able to accommodate up to 2,000 visitors per day, becoming a new benchmark for "micro-vacations" in the Yangtze River Delta region. It is projected to generate over 20 million yuan in revenue in its first year, boosting surrounding industries. The project is situated in the Nanzhou Park waterfront ecological zone, surrounded by waterways and boasting over 65% vegetation coverage, making its beautiful natural environment an ideal choice for the project.

Xu Shenghao, the operations director of the Xiaoyao Nanzhou Space Capsule Resort project, stated that it is an experiential setting that allows people to get close to nature within the city, providing a full-scene experience for urban residents seeking a micro-vacation. More than 70% of the experiences found in city shopping malls can be replicated here.

The project is planned with five core business formats: "Interstellar-themed accommodation area, waterfront leisure and entertainment belt, themed banquet hotel, jungle adventure complex, and rural life experience circle." It interweaves "camping vacation + rural ecology + parent-child interaction" to create a unique experience where "futuristic sense of style and everyday life coexist." In the interstellar-themed accommodation area, the camp's iconic facility-28 space capsule hotels-is scattered throughout. These independent capsules are constructed using aerospace-grade composite materials, and each is equipped with an intelligent control system and a 270° panoramic view.

Xu Shenghao, the operations director of the Xiaoyao Nanzhou Space Capsule Resort Camp project, introduced that it is a fully intelligent control experience. For example, if you want to see the stars at night, you only need to say "Xiaodu Xiaodu, open the skylight", and it can directly open the skylight and then enjoy the beautiful night sky.

The project started in February this year, and the infrastructure has been completed. It is about to enter the greening and planting stage.

Feng Shoutang, the person in charge of the Xiaoyao Nanzhou Space Capsule Resort project, said that the project is currently 80% complete, and greening and planting will begin in August. By the end of August, the resort will be fully ready for opening.

Following the Ninth Plenary Session of the 14th District Committee, the Changguan Office (Xicheng Subdistrict) thoroughly implemented the spirit of the plenary session, focused on the "Five Major Actions," and made every effort to promote project attraction and construction. A special team for agricultural, commercial, cultural, and tourism investment promotion was established to provide various services from project implementation and construction to operation. This included actively contacting investors and the Chengnan Village Committee of Xicheng Subdistrict to help enterprises with project planning and design, investment agreement drafting, and signing, etc., all within about 20 days.

Xi Yixin, from the Investment Promotion Bureau of Changdang Lake Tourism Resort in Jintan, Jiangsu Province, explained that they have assigned dedicated personnel to follow up on the progress and actively coordinate practical difficulties encountered in the project construction, such as opening entrance and exit channels and fire safety acceptance. They will also continue to provide project services and, after the project is actually in operation, help the company apply for relevant funds in accordance with policy requirements.
